Fantastic place to eat. We really wanted to try some sushi rolls ( I was there with my daughter). We got mango tango roll and few other items. We decided to step out of our comfort zone and order rolls that we weren't sure we would like . Wanted something different. The mango tango roll wasn't my thing but I can assure that all food was very fresh and ingredients were of a good quality! The ambience was nice. It's a cute , casual restaurant. Staff were pleasant and prices are very reasonable! We will return !

Great food! Great service! I have a shellfish allergy, and this restaurant goes way out of their way to accommodate me...one of very few sushi joints (across the country) I'm comfortable eating at! Special note on the GM (Leslie)...really impressed w her mgt and people skills. Always friendly and thoughtful. Thank you for the great experiences over the last couple of years. Happy New Years!!!

My husband and I have been to Edo many times and for the location the price isn't that bad. The sushi is very tasty for the most part and the presentation is very welcoming. Sometimes though, the sushi can be just a tad chewy... the seaweed not a crispy. The noodles are alright and the shrimp is tasty. This location is a great spot to bring family, guests out of town and a place for a date night. Our guest, master artist from Detroit, Michigan really enjoyed the food! Also, you can really smell the seafood when you first walk in and that can be a turnoff at first but it goes away.

Ive been wanting to try this place for a while so I'm very pleased! The salad and edamame were SO fresh it was great. The salad was truly delicious. The sushi wasn't my favorite but it's because I tried something out of my comfort zone. I could tell it was done well and fresh ingredients. The nabeyaki udon is an AMAZING deal!!!!! $18 for the soup, tempura, and salad. Such a steal! The service was quick too which is nice. Cute place very casual and perfect for after mall eats!

The freshest sushi I've had outside Japan! Seriously, it tastes like it was caught that day! We also had the Kobe Dinner you cook on volcano rock. Wow. The flavor of the meat was incredible without any sauce! This is my first review but this place is so freaking good I had to leave a good comment!

Had a nice quiet Sunday lunch here today. The service was excellent and so was the food. Great appetizers and sushi all around. The specialty rolls we ordered were excellent and uniquely creative combinations. Definitely will be back here next time the sushi craving hits.

I've been here twice so far fo lunch since I'm a huge sushi lunch fan. I love coming here after a good shopping session. They have a full lunch menu that satisfies everyone's taste. The restaurant itself has patio and indoor seating. The patio is covered which is nice for the warmer sunnier days. I opted for their sushi & sashimi combo that comes with soup OR a salad. I chose a salad. Their dressing is unique and not the traditional Japanese salad dressing with a sesame or ginger flavoring. But I really enjoyed it. The meal it self was surprisingly a decent size and very fresh. The sashimi was plump and sliced large unlike a lot of sushi restaurants. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menue. If you're in the Park Meadows area, definitely check them out.

The Reed roll & the new salmon roll are good despite being drowned in sauce. I would ask for no sauce or light sauce should I try them again. Where I think Edo is unique is their Blackstone Grill, which was the bulk of our meal (because if we want sushi, we prefer to go to Platte Park/Wash Park area). It's part experience and atmosphere and great wait staff that drove the four stars for this particular review. My only thought is I wonder if the Kobe beef is really Wagyu beef given the amount for the price, I would expect real Kobe beef to be much higher price point. The garlic pepper sauce that we got as dipping sauce for the salmon and the beef was really delicious and a nice sauce, you only need a little bit for a touch of flavor enhancement.
